十八大以来,我国在积极老龄化理念指导下发展老年教育,虽取得长足发展,但老年教育的供需矛盾依然比较突出,老年教育供给侧结构不合理已经成为制约中国积极应对人口老龄化的主要矛盾的主要方面。从积极老龄化看我国老年教育的供给侧结构性问题,并提出通过扩大老年教育供给总量、明确老年教育管理体制、提高老年教育质量、老年人主动积极老龄化等途径发展老年教育,积极应对我国人口老龄化。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, our country has great improvement in the development of elderly education under the guidance of the idea of positive aging. However, the contradiction between supply and demand of elderly education is still prominent, and the supply side structure of the elderly education is irrational. It has become the main aspect of restricting China's positive response to the main contradiction of the aging population. Under the background of the active aging at the supply side of China's aged education structural problems, this paper puts forward the idea of expanding the total supply, clarifying the elderly education management system and improving the quality of education to actively respond to the development of education of the population aging in China. It will play a significant role in promoting our active aging.
