运用布瓦索的信息空间理论分析了技术创新过程中的知识的特性——编码和抽象水平通常较低,使知识流动过程中出现了两个难题:一是知识的可扩散性程度低,语义问题无法通过共享代码来解决;二是编码扣抽象水平低导致知识价值的高度不确定性。这决定了创新网络中知识的流动和扩散只能通过关系网络来实现。关系网络提供了多渠道的传播途径、共享的环境以及关系信任,从而弥补了知识编码和抽象水平低的缺陷,促进了知识的流动。推动了网络组织中的技术创新。
Using the information space theory of bu, this paper analysis the Characteristics of the knowledge referring in the process of technology innovation, founding that low level of encoding and abstraction brings tow problems to the transaction of knowledge. First, knowledge transferring is hardly possible, Semantic problem can not be resolved by sharing code system. Second, low level encoding and abstracting lead to the high degree of uncertainty of the knowledge. This made the transfer of knowledge only effective through the network. Network provides multi -channel communication, sharing environment and the relationship trust. This covers the disadvantages leading by low level encoding and abstracting, and promote technological innovation in network of organizations.
