作为一个非均质后发大国,基于区域视角的技术空间扩散是促进我国技术创新的重要环节。以技术指标建立向量自回归模型,并通过脉冲响应函数的动态变化考察空间扩散效应。结果显示,长三角的技术空间扩散强度大且扩散效应显著。北京对津冀的技术空间扩散效应较弱,且区域扩散强度难以持续。同时创新中心城市对外技术扩散强度存在明显差异。在一定距离范围内,中心城市内部的空间扩散要大于中心城市对外的空间扩散。而超出一定范围,先进地区之间的中心交互式扩散很强,先进地区对周边落后地区的邻域式扩散弱化。
To be a heterogeneity catch-up large country, technology diffusion between regions plays important role in China. The paper established a vector auto- regression model with technology index, and investigated the dynamic change of impulse response function. The conclusions follow as below. The space diffusion effect in Changsanjiao is more significant than diffusion from Beijing to Tianjin and Hebei . The diffusion in later regions are weak unsustainable. There are obviously difference in diffusion strength in innovation pole region to peripheral region. Within some distance, the pole inner diffuses will larger than outer, but exceeds some distance, the diffusion between poles will become larger, and the pole diffuses to peripheral region will become weaker.
