Based on technology diffusion system which concludes diffusion sources, diffusion object, and diffusion environment and so on. Four Factors which are spatial distance, technology gap, industry relations and government play important role to technology diffusion positive relation to diffusion and technology gap have the Spatial distance and technology gap have the negative relation to it, but government has the structure different to diffusion.
