我国作为非均质后发大国,需要在国际技术扩散基础上,同步建立以区际技术扩散为主的内向型区域创新体系。基于创新极的区际扩散跨期模型显示,影响区际技术扩散的地缘因素与非地缘因素应被差别对待。空间距离对区际技术扩散的影响呈现出“U”型曲线关系。超出一定范围后,当综合考虑空间差异和时间差异时,区际技术扩散不存在明显的路径依赖,由技术发展速率水平所决定的技术承接能力是决定区际技术扩散强弱的主要因素。
To be a heterogeneity large country of late-development inner-oriented regional innovation system with regional technology diffusion as main part shall be established in synchronization based on international technology diffusion. The regional diffusion cross-time model based on innovation pole shows that the geographic factors and non-geography faetors which affect regional technology diffusion should be treated differently. Spatial distance and regional technology diffusion effect are in "U-shaped" curve relationship. After overtaking certain scope, when spaeial difference and time difference is considered comprehensively, regional technology diffusion doesn't have obvious path dependence and the technology carrying capability determined by technology development speed rate is the key factor which determined the intensity of regional technology diffusion.
