科技中心城市对周边经济腹地技术创新扩散的强度和效应对区域技术进步具有举足轻重的作用。通过考察北京、上海两地技术市场的交易合同数及成交金额的流量与流向,分析了中心城市对周边地区技术创新扩散的强度,然后以技术市场交易合同数为变量,运用基于VAR模型的脉冲响应函数测算了北京与上海的技术创新扩散效应。研究表明,相对于上海,北京对周边地区技术创新扩散的强度及扩散效应都较弱。
The key city's technological innovation diffusion intensity and effect to the periphery has the pivotal function to the region technical progress. This article through inspecting direction and flows of technical contracts and transaction value in Beijing and Shanghai technical markets, analyzes technological innovation diffusion intensity of key city to the periphery, then takes the transaction contract number as the variable and surveys Beijing and Shanghai' s technological innovation diffusion effect by pulse response function based on the VAR model. The research indicates that Beijing is weaker on technological innovation diffusion intensity and effect than Shanghai.
