基于LabVIEW的滑动轴承转子系统实验设计

中文摘要:

滑动轴承转子系统非线性动力学分析一直是转子动力学研究的热点,本文基于虚拟仪器技术搭建了滑动轴承转子系统实验台,以实现对系统动力学特性参数的测量.采用NI公司通用数据采集模块实现滑动轴承转子系统振动信号的测量,利用LabVIEW对测量数据进行分析处理,最终得到滑动轴承转子系统的转速、轴心轨迹、频谱图等动力学特性参数.测量结果表明:基于LabVIEW的滑动轴承实验台操作方便、易于实现功能的扩展与维护,可用于考察液压油温粘热效应及滑动轴承制造误差等因素对滑动轴承稳定性的影响.

英文摘要:

Nonlinear dynamic analysis of a journal bearing-rotor system is a research focus of rotor dynamics analysis.An experimental platform based on virtual instrument technology was built up to measure dynamic characteristic parameters of the system.The vibrate singles of a hydrodynamic journal bearing-rotor system was measured by the datum acquisition module of the NI corporation.The performance characteristics of a hydrodynamic journal bearing-rotor system,such as Axis locus,rotate speed,frequency spectrogram,were derived and presented by means of the LabVIEW software package.The measure results show that the design is available and convenient.The experimental design can be used to investigate the influence of manufacture errors and of the lubrication' thermo effects on the stability of the hydrodynamic journal bearing-rotor system.
