针对转子-轴承系统的混沌运动的动力学研究,介绍了基于图形化编程语言LabVIEW软件开发平台的非线性动力学特性分析系统,运用软件编程实现仪器功能,解决了传统仪器中存在的一系列问题。描述了该转子-轴承系统动力学特性分析系统的原理、信号处理及模块设计,根据系统的周期响应、转子系统轴心轨迹、频谱图像、转速、相位、幅值、温度,可以进一步分析系统特定参数下的非线性动力学特性,为控制转子的摩擦状态及动力学设计提供了理论基础。
According to the study of dynamic behavior of rotor-journal bearing system,the nonlinear dynamics analysis system which is based on software development platform of LabVIEW graphical programming language was introduced.The software programming was used to realize the instrumental function and solve series of problems available in the traditional instrument.The principal of nonlinear dynamics analysis system,signal process and module design have been presented.Based on the periodic response,axis orbit,the spectrum image,rotate speed,phase as well as amplitude and temperature of the rotor-journal bearing system,further analysis of nonlinear dynamics could be carried out under specific parameters,which provides a theoretical basis in controlling the friction state of rotor and dynamics design.
