提出了在虚拟仪器LabVIEW平台下测量滑动轴承转子动平衡系统相位的一种方法,通过电涡流位移传感器检测系统的基准信号,经过滤波,加窗等一系列处理,从中提取出需要用的不平衡基波分量,并利用LabVIEW模块采用最小二乘算法拟合获取测量对象的峰值与位置,经过计算得到不平衡点的相位。LabVIEW将需要用硬件完成的电路软件化、虚拟化,增强了系统分析处理的能力,避免了外界干扰对系统稳定性的影响。测量结果表明该方法可行,可靠性好,达到预期的设计目的。

英文摘要:

A method of measuring phase is proposed in rotor dynamic-balancing testing system under the platform of LabVIEW of virtual instrumenLHere the reference signal of the system is detected by the eddy current displacement sensor,after a series of processing like filter,window and so on,thus the imbalance fundamental component required is extracted.Then by using LabVIEW module and adopting least squares fitting algorithm, the peak value and location of the object are measured,and the phase of unbalance point is obtained through calculating.Software and virtualization of circuit is completed with hardware by LabVIEW,which enhance the ability of analyzing and processing and avoid outside inte(ference effects on system stability.Measurement results show that the method is feasible and reliable,which achieves the expected design objectives.
