通过对轴承非线性油膜力模型及油膜力的计算方法进行总结,综述了同轴度、粗糙度等制造误差以及流体温粘热效应对滑动轴承转子系统动力学特性的影响及其研究方法,指出了考虑制造误差时滑动轴承转子系统动力学的研究方向及其研究意义,对滑动轴承转子系统设计方面的研究工作也具有重要的参考价值.
Rotating machinery is widely used in mechanical engineering, power engineering, and aerospace engineering. Oil whirl and stability of hydrodynamic journal bearing system in rotating machinery are two classical problems of mechanical vibration. The stability and dynamic characteristics of hydrodynamic journal bearing system have a close relationship with the system structure parameters. The models and calculating methods of hydrodynamic journal bearing system nonlinear oil-film forces are summarized in this paper. The effects and analysis methods of manufacturing tolerances on the dynamic performances, such as misalignrnent, surface roughness and viscosity variation caused by thermal effect, are also discussed, and the further research of hydrodynamic journal bearing system allowing for manufacturing tolerances is proposed. The paper is also valuable for design and research of hydrodynamic journal bearing system.
