干燥方式对相转化法制备PVDF微孔膜性能的影响

采用相转化法制备了PVDF微孔膜,研究了50℃干燥(a)、无水乙醇中浸泡后室温干燥(b)、无水乙醇和正己烷中置换后室温干燥(c)3种干燥方式对最终PVDF膜结构和性能的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜观察PVDF膜的形态结构,测定膜的纯水通量和截留率.结果发现:不同干燥方式对膜结构的影响不大.3种干燥方式得到的PVDF膜水通量顺序为Jc〉Jb〉Ja.

英文摘要:

The poly (vinylidene fluoride) microporous membrane was prepared by phase transition method. The effect of three different drying methods such as, 50 ℃ drying (a), ethanol exchange then room temperature drying(b), ethanol exchange and hexane exchange then room temperature drying (c) on the properties of PVDF membrane was investigated. The morphology of PVDF membrane was observed with scanning electron microphotograph (SEM). The pure water flux and rejection of PVDF membrane were measured. The results show that there is little influence on the structure of PVDF membrane. However, the pure water flux of three PVDF membranes are varied with the sequence of Jc〉Jb〉Ja.
