通过研究各种聚合物膜材料对液化气脱硫体系的适应性,并结合溶度参数理论,选定端羟基聚丁二烯-丙烯腈为分离层膜材料;然后研究了制膜工艺,进行液化气脱硫实验.结果表明,使用HTBN/PAN复合膜在0.3 MPa,20℃的操作条件下,通量达到113 L/(m^2.h),分离因子达到26.
Membrane material was selected and designed by investigating the applicability of a series of polymers for liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) desulfurization.Based the solubility parameter theory to analyse the interactions of mercaptan,hydroxyl-terminated poly(butadiene-acrylonitrile) liquid rubber(HTBN) was selected as the potential membrane materials for desulfurization.Then,membrane preparation processes were studied.Furthermore,desurfurization experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that the separation factor of the membrane reachs to 26 while flux was 113 L/(m2·h) under a pressure of 0.3 MPa and at the temperature of 20 ℃ in the LPG system.
