以新型耐高温工程塑料酚酞基聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)N溶剂,研究了添加剂聚乙二醇(PEG)对铸膜液体系热力学性质和凝胶速率的影响,并考察了其浓度及分子量对成膜结构与性能的影响,对PEG系列添加剂在PEK-C/DMAc铸膜液体系中的作用规律进行了探讨。
PEK-C microporous membranes were prepared by phase inversion method using dimethylacetarnide (DMAc) as solvent and PEG as a pore-former. The effect of the molecular weight and concentration of PEG additives on the structure and permeation properties connected with the changes of thermodynamic and kinetic properties of the casting solutions was investigated, and the correlations between the membrane structure/permeation properties and thermodynamic/kinetic properties of membrane-forming system were discussed.
