运用M-矩阵的性质、Liapunov泛函方法及不等式技巧,研究了一类时滞静态递归神经网络的全局鲁棒稳定性,给出了全局鲁棒稳定性的新的代数判据。
By using properties of the M- matrix, method of Liapunov function and inequality technique, the global robust stab/lity for a class of static recurrent neural networks with delays was studied, and a new algebraic criterion was given.
