运用M-矩阵的性质、拓扑度理论、Liapunov泛函方法与不等式技巧,研究了一类时滞神经网络的全局鲁棒稳定性,给出了全局鲁棒稳定性的新的代数判据.
By using properties of the M-matrix,topological degree theory,method of Liapunov function and inequality technique,the global robust stability for a class of recurrent neural networks with delays is studied,and a new algebraic criterion to judge the robust stability is given.
