通过CFD数值模拟方法,对近失速工况下跨音速压气机静叶叶顶前部开设不同高度间隙改型进行研究,分别讨论压气机静叶叶顶前部设置50%弦长,不同高度间隙对静叶气动性能的影响.研究结果表明:在近失速工况下,由叶顶间隙产生的泄漏流可吹离吸力面和角区内的低能流体,抑制吸力面分离,减轻流道堵塞,使静叶流道内通流能力增强,扩压能力得到提升,提高了叶片的加载能力.但在设计工况下,泄露流增加了流动损失,导致效率降低.静叶叶顶前缘间隙高度对压气机性能影响较大,随着间隙的增加,泄漏流量增大,泄漏涡影响范围变大,损失增加;而间隙过小,产生的泄漏流对角区分离的抑制效果不明显,因此,存在一个最佳间隙值.
Through the CFD numerical simulation method,transonic compressor stator tip clearance height of modification in the near stall condition was discussed,including the influence of the compressor stator aerodynamic performance which set different clearance with 50 percentage of chord and different height at the top,respectively. Results demonstrate that the leakage flow produced by the clearance of the blade tip clearance can blow away the low energy fluid in the suction and corner region under near stall condition,suppress the separation of the suction side,and reduce the blockage of convection. Hence,the ability of pressure expansion and flow capacity of the stator blade passage were improved. However,under design condition,flow loss was increased and efficiency of compressor was reduced because of leakage flow. Stator tip front clearance height on the compressor affects the performance of compressor seriously. With the enlargement of clearance,the leakage flow increases,the leakage vortex expands,and loss increases. If the gap is too small,the inhibition effect of the leakage current on corner separation is not obvious. Hence,there exists a best value for the gap.
