针对高负荷压气机叶栅采用实验校核CFD方法对其冲角特性进行研究,并通过吸力面及端壁附面层抽吸加以控制,结果表明高负荷扩压叶栅小冲角范围内流场性能差别不大,随着正冲角增大,二次流加剧并扩展至整个流道。附面层抽吸可以减少掺混损失,且吸力面抽吸方案冲角特性优于端壁抽吸方式。
The numerical simulation that was verified by an experiment was conducted to study the high-loaded compressor cascade incidence.The influence of the boundary layer suction on incidence is explored and its control mechanism is explained from the perspective of vortex system.Results show that the performance of high-loaded cascade is almost in same in a little range of incidence And the secondary flow increase with the growth of positive incidence and expand along span rapidly.The mixing loss in cascade reduced significantly via the boundary layer aspiration.In the meantime,the aspiration on suction side is superior to end-wall in terms of incidence performance.
