为在扇形叶栅实验中应用进口导叶模拟实际动叶出口气流参数(即压气机静子进口气流条件),根据给定的压气机转子出口气流角经周向节距平均后沿相对叶高的分布曲线,设计3种进口导叶方案.通过三个方案的逐步优化,对比设计目标曲线,得到最终的设计叶型,并运用数值模拟方法对所设计的叶型进行气动分析.研究表明:本文设计的导叶出口流场可在设计点工况下为静叶提供接近真实压气机级内动叶出口的气流参数.最后,为指导扇形叶栅实验,通过改变导叶的进口马赫数研究导叶和静叶流场的变化规律.
A guide vane for the sectorial cascade experiment was designed in order to simulate the outlet airflow parameters of the real compressor rotor blade( inlet airflow parameters of the real compressor stator blade). Three inlet guide vanes were designed according to a given exit flow angle distribution curve average of circumferential pitch along the relative blade height of the compressor rotor and the final design airfoil was obtained by gradually optimizing the three cases and comparing to target curve. Aerodynamic analysis of the design airfoil was carried out by numerical simulation. Results show that the flow field at the design guide vane outlet of the sectorial cascade is similar to that at the rotor outlet of the real compressor. In addition,the flow field of the guide vane and stator outlet with changing the Mach number of the guide vane inlet was studied in order to guide the sectorial cascade experiment.
