转轴本身刚度大且支承刚度相对较小的转子是旋转机械中常见的一类轴系.针对该类轴系,建立基于转轴质心横向位移和转角的4自由度动力学模型,推导系统刚度、阻尼矩阵,获得了考虑轴承8个动力学参数的轴系运动方程.算例与Ansys软件对比结果验证了所建立模型的准确性.研究内容可为刚性转轴-柔性支承系统的动力学设计和优化提供一种快速分析模型.
A rotor system with large rigidity of the shaft and small supporting stiffness is one kind of the common rotating machinery's shafting system. A dynamic model with 4 degrees of freedom( lateral displacements and angles at the center of gravity) was established. The stiffness matrix and damping matrix were deduced by the flexibility matrix method to obtain motion equation for rigidity shaft-soften supporter system with 8 dynamic characteristic coefficients of oil film bearing. The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing a numerical example with the Ansys software. Results can provide a fast analytical model for the rotor dynamic design and optimization of the rigid rotor-flexible supporting system.
