本文利用活性跟踪方法确定彝药桃树寄生的抗氧化有效部位.对桃树寄生甲醇提取物以及其二氯甲烷、正丁醇和水等不同溶剂萃取物,通过二苯代苦味肼基自由基[1,1-d iphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)]消除实验方法,评价它们的抗氧化作用.结果桃树寄生的二氯甲烷和水萃取物具有较强的抗DPPH自由基活性,其半数有效值IC50分别为198.52μg/mL.尤其是二氯甲烷萃取物具有最强的抗氧化活性,为今后进一步的有效物质研究和产品开发提供了实验数据与理论依据.
Methanol extract and CH_2Cl_2,BuOH and H_2O fractions of Scurrula parasitica of Yi-Nationality Medicines showed potential antioxidant activities against DPPH radical.They were investigated the antioxidant activities using the bioassay-linked fractionation method.CH_2Cl_2 and H_2O fraction from S.parasitica appeared potent antioxidant effects against the DPPH radical,showing the IC_(50) values of 198.52 μg/mL.Especially CH_2Cl_2 fraction showed the strongest antioxidant activity.
