本文比较了绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)在热处理前后的甲醇提取物对肺癌A549细胞的抑制活性.采用绞股蓝在温度125oC、压力0.24MPa条件下,加热处理3h,用12倍量的80%甲醇超声提取1h,利用液质联用分析方法,分析了绞股蓝热处理前后的甲醇提取物中色谱峰的变化,并对它们进行肺癌A549细胞的抑制活性检测.结果发现热处理使绞股蓝中的成分有转化,而且绞股蓝的热处理产物对肺癌A549细胞的抑制活性显著增强.由此得出,热处理可产生绞股蓝成分的转化,而且对肺癌A549细胞的抑制活性增强,为绞股蓝的有效成分转化提供实验依据.
Objective: Comparation of the A549 cell inhibitory activities of the methanol extracts of Gynostemma pentaphyllum before and after heating processing.Method: The leaves of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were steam-heated at 125oC for 3h and 0.24 MPa,and ultra-sonication extracted with methanol for 1h.The methanol extracts of G.pentaphyllum and heat-processed G.pentaphyllum were analyzed by LC/MS and A549 cell inhibition assay tested.Result: Some constituents were transformed by heat-processing from G.pentaphyllum.Heat processed G.pentaphyllum showed significantly A549 cell inhibitory activity.Conclusion: The constituents were transformed by heat-processing and heat processed G.pentaphyllum was enhanced A549 cell inhibitory activity.
