目的:观察双参宁心方对大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型血清EPO水平的变化及心肌保护作用的影响。方法:冠状动脉结扎法建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,术后缝合伤口继续喂养。按假手术组、模型组、双参宁心180 mg/kg组、双参宁心90 mg/kg组、双参宁心45 mg/kg组,分别给予生理盐水及双参宁心水溶液5日。末次给药后0.5h采血,摘取心脏。ELISA检测血清中EPO含量。N-BT染色法计算心肌梗死范围,生化仪测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)漏出率。结果:模型组心肌梗死面积明显异常,血清中LDH漏出率增高,EPO含量降低,与假手术组比较均差异显著。双参宁心处理后心肌梗死面积缩小,血清中LDH含量降低,EPO含量增加,与模型组比较均差异显著。结论:大鼠心肌缺血损伤5日后,EPO水平降低。双参宁心可能通过促进EPO的分泌而保护受损心肌,表现为心肌梗死面积减小,血清中LDH漏出率降低。
Objective: To investigate the effects of SSNX on erythropoietin(EPO) during myocardial ischemia injury.Method: Model rat of myocardial ischemia injury was established by coronary arterial ligating.Anterior descending branch of coronary artery was ligated.ELISA were applied to detection of EPO contents.Result: The expression of EPO treated with 双参宁心 was significantly increased compare to model group.Conclusion: Cardioprotective effects of SSNX possibly relate to increased the expression of EPO during myocardial ischemia injury.
