动脉粥样硬化（atherosc lerosis,AS）斑块破裂及血栓形成是临床心脑血管事件的主要原因。然而,易损斑块及斑块破裂目前尚无理想的动物模型,因此,寻找到一种理想的易损斑块动物模型,对于易损斑块研究和临床治疗都是迫切需要的。本文就易损斑块动物模型的研究现状做一简要概述。

The main reason for clinical cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events is plaque rupturing and thrombosis.However,there is not perfect animal model in the vulnerable plaque and plaque rupturing.Therefore,it is exigent to find an appropriate animal model for research and clinical treatment.This article will make an overview about the vulnerable plaque animal model.
