中药复方指征药代动力学是以复方在体内发挥作用的机制为黑箱系统,将各成分的药代动力学数据为该系统的输入,多指标的药效动力学产生相应变化的数据为输出,通过定量描述成分和药效并结合适当的数学方法来分析和研究其间的关系和规律。在此思路指导下,本研究进行了13个时间点15个成分的PK数据和24个药效指标的PD数据测定,并在此基础上通过稳健变换、基线漂移处理、有效性判断和差值分析等方法对数据进行分析处理,最终从复方中得到了12个指征成分。
According to the theory of indicated pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the mechanism of TCM in vivo can be regarded as a black box system.Under the consideration of using pharmacokinetics data of multi-components as inputs and adopting multi-index pharmacodynamics data as outputs of the black box,the correlation between components and effects of TCM can be revealed through suitable mathematical processing.In this paper,pharmacokinetic data of 15 compounds and 24 indexes of pharmacodynamics data of a Chinese formulation Shuang-Shen-Tong-Guan(SSTG) were determined and analyzed by a serious of methods based on the indicated pharmacokinetics of TCM.The 12 indicated compounds were acquired during the data procession.
