英文摘要：

As a platform of Industry-University-Institute innovation resources, research institutes of Universities carried the function of promoting regional innovation and enhance the regional ability of integrating innovation resources. From the perspective of project governance infrastructure, the paper discusses the empirical relationship between governance infra- structure construction and innovation performance by surveying the existing research institutes of Universities. The con- clusion is that each governance infrastructure is positively related to innovation performance. Moreover, the paper verifies the indexes of governance infrastructure and provides theoretical foundation for the government departments to establish innovation contribution evaluation mechanism of research institutes of universities.
