英文摘要：

Along with the deepening soeial division of labor, the project＇s multi -stakeholder participation is increasingly obvious, and in which each stakeholder is involved in several projects. A dynamic network of relationships formed between these stakeholders, the network structure, as well as the location of stakeholders in the network has an important influence on their behavior. Analyzing the network, will help to establish effective project governance, and ultimately improve project success rate. Based on the value of Social Network Analysis for project governance research, this paper proposes how to construct network model for the relationship between project governance stakeholders; constructs a measure method of network reliability; analyzes the response strategies of stakeholders.
