基于补偿性工资差异理论,以及802份问卷调查数据,分析了农民工工作满意度及其影响因素的差异。结果表明:不同档次的工资水平对不同代际、性别、行业的农民工工作满意度的影响存在差异;年龄越大的农民工对工作保障满意度越高;男性农民工对工作总体满意度和工作保障满意度比女性更低;已婚农民工对工作条件、工作报酬以及总体满意度比未婚农民工更高;文化程度越高的农民工,其工作满意度越低;行业特征对农民工工作满意度有显著影响,国有企业或集体企业、合资或外资企业的农民工工作满意度比个体私营企业的农民工更高。
Based on the theory of compensatory wage differentials,using the survey data of802migrant workers,thispaper examines the differences of migrant workers'job satisfaction and its influencing factors.The results showed that:wage levels had different impact on work satisfaction of migrant workers with different age,gender and industry.Theolder migrant worker were,the higher their satisfaction was;and male migrant workers’satisfaction of job security andoverall job satisfaction was less than that of female;the married migrant workers had higher satisfaction of workingconditions,pay,and overall satisfaction than unmarried migrant workers;the migrant workers with higher education levelalways had lower job satisfaction.The industry characteristics had significant effect on migrant workers’job satisfaction;the migrant workers in state-owned enterprises,collective enterprises,joint ventures or foreign capital enterprise alwayshad higher job satisfaction than the migrant workers in individual and private enterprises.
