利用1 080个农民创业样本数据构建计量经济模型,实证分析家庭人力资本禀赋对农民创业绩效的影响,结果表明农民创业绩效是其家庭的人力资本、社会资本、经济资本、金融资本、政策资本综合作用的结果,由此得到了提升和丰富农民家庭人力资本和社会资本、加大与强化农民创业的金融支持与政策扶持力度的政策启示。
英文摘要：
The paper constructs an econometric model using 1 080 farmer entrepreneurs sample data,and empirically analyzes the impact of family human capital endowments on the farmer entrepreneurship policy performance. Results show family human capital,social capital,economic capital,financial capital and policy capital have effects on the farmer entrepreneurship policy performance. Therefore,we should enhance and enrich the rural family human capital and social capital,and strengthen financial support and policy support for farmer entrepreneurship.
