利用10省市新生代农民工离职意愿数据,运用二元Logistic模型计量分析制度因素对新生代农民工离职意愿的影响。结果表明:工资制度、工作条件、权益保护制度、养老保险制度和医疗保险制度等制度环境对新生代农民工离职意愿具有显著影响,而失业保险制度对新生代农民工离职意愿影响不显著;另外,男性新生代农民工的离职意愿更强;文化程度和职业培训能显著降低新生代农民工离职意愿;有亲戚在政府部门工作的新生代农民工离职意愿更强;工作经验与新生代农民工离职意愿呈倒U型关系,而年龄和婚姻状况不是影响新生代农民工离职意愿的主要因素。
Based on the survey data from turnover intention of new generation migrant workers in 10 provinces, this paper analyzes the impact of institutional environment on their turnover intention by using binary Logistic model.The results show that wage system ,working conditions ,rights protection system, endowment insurance system, medical insurance system are of significant influence while unemployment insurance system is not. In addition, turnover intention of male is stronger; education and vocational training can significantly reduce turnover intention;people who have relatives working in the government have stronger turnover intention;work experience and turnover intention follow an inverted U-shaped function;age and marital status are not the main factors.
