Hepatitis B virus（HBV）infection is a global public health problem.As the number of infertile couples seeking assisted reproductive technology increases year by year,either party of the couples is found to be HBV infected in preoperative examination.The effect of HBV infection on sperm quality,fertility,IVF/ICSI pregnancy outcome and safety,neonatal outcome has become a hotspot in reproductive field.This paper reviews the relevant research progress to provide a reference for clinical practice.
