Adipose tissue is an important endocrine and paracrine organ in the body. Adipose tissue can release variety of bioactive peptides such as adipokines, leptin, adiponectin and resistin, which are related to obesity. The adipocyte factors can influence to the local and systemic levels of body,affecting the female reproductive endocrine system, even lead to infertility. The relevant researches were collected and analyzed to reveal the correlation between adipocyte factor and reproductive endocrine,and the mechanism led to female infertility.
