目的:探讨太行山猕猴掌和踱骨与颅长的相关关系.方法:对27例太行山猕猴的掌骨和疏骨长度和27例颅骨长度进行测量,运用SPSS13.0统计软件进行相关性分析和线性回归分析.结果:雄性掌(踱)骨(除1Mc)与对应的颅长相关性较高(P〈O.01),呈同步性生长,雌性掌(踱)骨与对应的颅长无相关性,呈非同步性生长.对于太行山猕猴一个种而言,掌(踪)骨与对应的颅长表现出高相关性(P〈O.01).掌骨长与颅长回归效果较好.
The objective of this research is to study the correlation between the metapodial and the cranial lengths in Macaca mulatta. The lengths of metapodial of 27 Macaca mulatta and the lengths of cranial of 27 Macaca mulatta are measured according to the method suggested by anthropometry. All the data are subjected to SPSS 13.0 for windows in which the analyses adopt both correlation and linear regression. Results show that the male metapodials (except 1Mc)and the corresponding cranial are significantly positively correlated (P〈0.05), which suggests that there is a synchronous growth. However, no significant correlation has been found between the female metapodials and the corresponding cranial, which means there is no synchronous growth. As to one kind of Macaca mulatta, the lengths of metapodial and the cranial show a significant correlation (P〈0.01), which is a synchronous growth. The effects of the liner regression between metacarpals and corresponding cranial lengths are better than the ones between metatarsals and corresponding cranial lengths.
