以糠醛为原料合成中间体α-呋喃丙烯酸,然后在NaH2PO4·2H2O催化下分别和甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇进行酯化反应,合成了α-呋喃丙烯酸甲酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸乙酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸丙酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸丁酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸戊酯.研究了醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量因素对收率的影响,产物结构经IR,^1HNMR,元素分析进行了表征.
Five α-furanacrylic esters are synthesized with furfural as the starting material and Nail2 PO4· 2H2O as catalyst. The influence factors such as molar ratio of alcohol to acid, reaction time and amount of catalyst on the yields of α-furanaerylie esters are discussed. The results show that NaH2PO4·2H2O is a good catalyst for synthesizing α-furanaerylie esters. This method has advantages of mild condition, environmental friendliness and high yields. The structures of these compounds are confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis.
