目的:了解太行山猕猴跟骨性差大小.方法:测量太行山猕猴跟骨标本27例(♀16,♂11)的9项变量.运用SPSS13.0单因素方差分析和多元判别分析.结果:猕猴跟骨主要形态变量有较明显的性差,6项变量达到了显著差异水平(P〈0.05).采用回代检验和交互检验方法判别率不同,多元判别分析性别正确判另4率较高(〉85%).结论跟骨的性差大小与身体性差大小有关,与雌雄个体异速生长速度有关.
Obtective: Research on the sex differneces of calcaneals of Macaca mulatta in the Taihang mountains. Methods: Nine variables of 27 adult Macaca mulatta's calcaneals (female16, malell) in the Taihang mountains are measured and the sex assessment of calcaneals is analyzed with One-Way ANOVA and multi-variables discriminant functions adopting SPSS13.0 for windows. There are evident sexual differences in adult Macaca mulatta's calcaneals. Six variables of ealcaneus present significant difference between the sexes(P〈0.05). The discriminant anlysis of original and cross-validated are different. The correct discrivninant rates between sexes are beyond 85%. The sex differences in calcaneals are related to differences in body size between the sexes. And the sex differences of the variables in calcaneals are related to allometry in Macaca mulatta male and female.
