利用法国CA6415和美国Fluke1625等电阻检测仪对配网临时挂接地线接地电阻进行了测试研究,并对接地电阻的影响进行了试验验证。测试研究包括两个方面,一是对感应电压进行了测试,并对抑制感应电压的措施进行了试验验证;二是对感应电压注入测量法进行了现场试验验证。试验表明在输电线路回路中不存在干扰的情况下,感应电压注入测量法是可行的,但易受强电磁干扰和复杂的电磁环境影响。最后,给出了四种接地线检测方案,并对各方案进行了比较,最终认为采用直接信号注入式的方案可有效检测接地线的接地状态。
The CA6415 from France and Fluke1625 from America were used to implement experimental studyon temporary hanging grounding wire resistance in distribution network, and the influences of grounding resistance wereexperimentally verified. The experimental study included two aspects, one is to test the induced voltage, and verified themeasures to control induced voltage; the other is to finish field experimental verification on the induced voltage injectionmeasuring method. The tests show that this method is feasible when no disturbances exist in transmission lines, but is easilyinfluenced by the strong electromagnetic interference and complex electromagnetic environment. Finally, four grounding wiremeasuring schemes are given and compared and finally think that it can effectively judge the grounding wire status via the directsignal injection scheme.
