以“两个细则”(《南方区域并网发电厂辅助服务管理实施细则(试行)》和《南方区域发电厂并网运行管理实施细则(试行)》)为依据,通过对系统需求分析的研究,结合南网总调辅助服务考核管理系统及发电厂的实际情况,设计了适用于发电厂的并网运行和辅助服务考核管理系统。实现了对相关数据的自动采集、运算处理,以及对符合免考的被考核项申请豁免、对机组运行异常情况的关键点提醒等功能。试运行情况表明,系统提高了发电厂的经济效益及辅助服务质量,同时为机组的安全、稳定、经济运行提供了重要保障。

英文摘要:

According to the "two rules" (Management Rules of Power Plant Auxiliary Services In South Region of China(Trial) and Management Rules of Power Plant Grid Operation In South Region of China (Trial)), the paper designs a grid operation and auxiliary services examination management system which is fit for the power plant by analyzing the system requirements and combining with the actual situation of the China Southern Power Grid Dispatching Center and the power plant.The system has realized many functions such as automatic collecting, calculating and dealing with the data of the generators, applying for exemption when the evaluated projects accord with conditions which can be exempted, giving a warning when the generators are abnormal. After a period of trial running, it shows that the management system can improve economic benefit and the quality of the auxiliary services provided by the power plant. At the same time, the system can also provide guarantee for the safety, stability and economy of the generators.
