为了实现智能电网下对市政、商区以及居民住宅的小型用电设备的用电信息采集与远程控制,文章以DSP为处理核心设计了一种新型智能用电终端。文中首先阐述了智能用电终端在实现小型用电设备与配电网络的能量流和信息流交互过程中的作用,然后再对其软硬件设计进行详细的描述。其中,硬件系统采用模块化设计,包括DSP处理核心、信号测量、无线通信、负荷控制以及系统供电等。在无线通信模块的设计中,充分利用WiFi通信技术的便捷性降低了智能用电终端接入Internet的难度和成本;同时采用差分放大以及准同步采样技术进行单相信号的采样分析,有效地提高了测量的精度。最后,实验样机的测试结果充分验证了设计方案的有效性。
In order to realize the electrical information collection and remote control of small electrical equipment at municipal, commercial areas and residential buildings for smart grid, a novel design of smart power terminal based on DSP is proposed in this paper. The paper firstly describes the role of the smart power terminal in the interaction of en- ergy-flow and information-flow between the electrical equipment and distribution network, and then the design of hard- ware and software is described in details. The hardware system adopts modular design, including the processing core of DSP, signal measurement, wireless communication, load control and power supply, etc. In the design of the wire- less communication module, WiFi technology is applied to reduce the difficulty and cost of smart power terminal con- necting to the Internet. And the differential amplifier and quasi synchronous sampling technology are also used to ef- fectively improve the accuracy of the single phase signal measurement. Finally, the experimental prototype test results validate the effectiveness of the design.
