利用GT-Power软件建立具有进气节流装置的6100涡轮增压柴油机仿真模型。在此基础上计算分析了进气节流EGR系统对柴油机的EGR率、燃油经济性和排放性能的影响。研究结果表明:通过加装进气节流阀,可以有效地增加柴油机各工况下的最大EGR率,进一步降低柴油机的NOx排放,但由于进气节流降低了柴油机的充气效率以及EGR的作用,因此会对柴油机的燃油经济性和微粒排放造成不利的影响。
The GT- Power simulation model of 6100 turbo -charge diesel engine with inlet -pipe -throttle EGR system is built up. Based on this model, the effect of the inlet - pipe - throttle EGR system on the EGR ratio, economic performance and emission performance of the diesel engine has been analyzed. The simulated results show that the inlet - pipe - throttle EGR system can increase EGR ratio and reduce NOx emission of the diesel engine under different conditions effectively, but can bring adverse effect to the economic performance and PM emission of the diesel engine at the same time.
