利用GT-Power软件建立了带有单向阀和双向阀EGR系统的6100涡轮增压柴油机仿真模型.在此基础上,计算分析比较了采用单向EGR阀和普通双向EGR阀时柴油机的EGR率、燃油经济性和排放性能.研究结果表明,使用单向EGR阀能够有效地防止进气回流现象,从而提高了柴油机的EGR率,弥补了普通双向EGR阀在中高负荷下难以实现较高EGR率的不足;与采用普通双向EGR阀相比,采用单向EGR阀后,可进一步降低柴油机的NOx排放,但同时也会对柴油机的微粒排放造成不利的影响.
A GT-Power simulation model of 6100 turbo-charge diesel engine with one-way EGR valve and two-way EGR valve was built. Based on these models the EGR ratio, economic performance and emission performance of the diesel engine with one-way EGR valve and two-way EGR valve wear analyzed. The simulated results show that one-way EGR valve can prevent the air circumfluence and increase the EGR ratio effectively, with overcomeing the shortage of difficult to realize high EGR ratio in two-way EGR valve system. Compared with two-way EGR valve, one-way EGR valve is able to reduce NOx emission of the diesel engine, but brings negative effect to PM einission of the diesel engine at the same time.
