利用GT-Power软件建立了100单缸柴油机、6100非增压柴油机及6100涡轮增压柴油机仿真模型。在此基础上计算分析了排气管内的排气压力波动规律及其对柴油机功率、充气效率以及增压比的影响。研究工作对于柴油机排气系统的设计与优化具有一定的指导意义。
The GT-Power simulation models of 100 single cylinder diesel engine, 6100 non-turbocharging diesel engine and 6100 turbocharging diesel engine were built up. Based on these models the characteristics of the pressure wave in exhaust pipes and its effect on diesel engines' power, charging efficiency and boost ratio are studied. The research work has directive significance for the design and optimization of diesel engines' exhaust systems.
