在管理中,管理者主要依靠各种行之有效的制度来对被管理者实施管理,所以制度的好坏对于管理活动的成败有着重要的意义。目前,我国缺乏对管理制度设计的理论与方法的深入研究,管理中很多制度都存在缺陷,由此造成管理效率低下。因此,将行为控制的研究成果应用到制度的设计中,可以设计出更加有效的管理制度。
Managers in the process of management mainly depends on the effective management system to implement the managing measures, so whether the management system is good or not is very important to the success of the management practices. Since there are few researches eurrendy on the theory and methyls of management system design so that the existing weakness in the management system makes low effeeiency of management.In this paper, the behavior control theory is applied in the design of management system with the intent of working out more effective management system.
