在各种管理机制的设计过程中，更多地关注人的行为决策过程，是当前管理实践与研究所提倡的基本出发点和发展趋势。本文从投资市场中监管者与投资者之间的行为博弈为切入点，对投资者行为控制的机制进行了设计，包括数学模型的构建和控制成本的优化方法。在此基础上，运用文章的研究结果对当前工程项目投资领域的商业贿赂问题的治理进行了模拟分析。本文的研究结果还可以推广到其他各种具体管理制度的设计和改进当中去。
英文摘要：
In the process various management mechanisms designing, more and more concern has been put on the decision - making process, which has become the basic starting point and development tendency of the current management practice and research. The thesis, beginning with the conflict between the supervisor and the investor in the investment market, makes a design of the mechanism of controlling the investor＇s action, which includes the construction of the mathematic model and the optimization plan of cost control. On the basis of the research result, the thesis makes an analysis of the control of the phenomenon of the business bribery in the current project investment. The research result of this thesis can be applied into the design and improvement of other specific management mechanism as well.
