目的研究低温等离子上呼吸道多平面成形术微创治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效及手术安全性。方法对56例中重度OSAHS患者特异性定位,低温等离子手术同期多平面消融打孔,解决鼻、软腭后区、舌后区多平面阻塞。将阻塞区立体式扩宽,尽可能保留鼻甲及悬雍垂功能。术后插管监测24~48 h拔管。结果手术6月,12月后总有效率分别为96.43%,91.07%(P〈0.01)。结论舌后区以上多平面阻塞所致的中重度OSAHS患者,手术后鼻甲回缩,软腭和悬雍垂缩短,舌根瘢痕收缩防止塌陷,咽腔扩大,改善通气,手术安全性提高,避免了气管切开。有较好的远期疗效。
Objective Research on application of low temperature plasma of the upper respiratory tract multiplanar plasty the curative effect of minimally invasive treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,operation safety.Methods 56 patients with moderately severe OSAHS,according to the different patient specific positioning,low temperature plasma after surgery and at the same period solve the nose,the soft palate,tongue after more plane blocking.Multiplanar melting punching,will widen the area after the soft palate,obviously improve the curative effect of surgery,as far as possible keep turbinate and the function of the uvula,Postoperative monitoring24 to 48 hours drawing tube intubation.Results Separately on 6,12 months follow-up after surgery total effective rate was 96.43%,91.07%%(P〈0.01).Coclution After the tongue area above multiplanar obstruction caused by OSAHS patients,postoperative turbinate retraction,the soft palate and uvula shorten,pharyngeal cavity expansion,improve ventilation,security to improve the operation,avoid the trachea incision.Have a good forward curative effect.
