通过对一个设备维修案例进行研究,建立了顾客到达、服务时间、服务台故障间隔、故障修复均为负指数分布且相互独立的多类顾客和多阶段排队系统模型。然后,根据时钟推进法构建排队仿真流程,应用MATLAB仿真,结合VSM,对系统进行分析改进。仿真结果表明周期时间由26.06小时减少至4.05小时,增值比由1.82%上升至15.0S%,为多类顾客和多阶段排队系统优化提供参考依据。
An equipment maintenance case is studied to establish a multi-stage queueing sys- tem model with multi-customer, of which the inter-arrival time between equipments, service time, server inter-failure and repair time are negative exponentially distributed. Then, according to clock promotion law, queueing simulation process is built, and MATLAB simulation in combination with VSM is applied to analyze and improve the system. Result shows that lead time decreases from 26.06 hour to 4.05 hour and ratio of service time to remaining time increases from 1.82% to 15.08%, which provides a reference for the optimization of multi-stage queueing system with multi-customer.
