失效模式及效果分析(FMEA)是用来分析系统的潜在风险的常用方法。为解决在专家组对失效模式进行评价时存在的多粒度问题,提出一种改进FMEA方法。首先使用二元语义集结对预设样本E进行评估,消除多粒度影响,获得基本语言术语数值,再结合灰色关联决策方法计算关联度,进行失效模式排序,最后进行了算例验证。结果表明该方法克服了多粒度因素,达到预期效果,排序清晰。
An improved FMEA method is proposed in order to deal with multi-granularity problem in evalu- ating failure modes. Firstly, the 2-tuple linguistic representation is applied in evaluating the pre-set sample E to eliminate the effect of multi-granularity and attain the value of the basic linguistic term. Then, the grey relational theory is applied to the calculation of the gray degree to determine the risk priority of the failure modes. The result shows that the risk priority of the failure modes is explicit.
