管理学领域对关系这个具有中国情境的概念有深入研究,关系已经为国外学者所熟知。通过梳理文献,归纳出关系的概念可分为联结主义、网络主义、行为主义、市场替代主义4个范畴;关系研究的演进包括中国情境深度扫描、与西方相关概念建立联系、因果机制探讨、寻找前因4个阶段;总结实证研究中关系的测量、关系的结果变量与前因变量、关系作为中介或调节变量;归纳关系研究的不同视角,并指出现有研究的缺口及提出未来研究方向。
Recently,the management research field has conducted research on the concept of guanxi within Chinese context in depth,and guanxi is now known by foreign scholars.Through analyzing the present literature,this paper concludes that the concept of guanxi can be categorized as connectionism,networkism,behaviorism and market substitutionism;the evolution of guanxi research includes four stages:scanning the Chinese context in depth,establishing connections with western concepts,discussing the causal mechanism and searching for the antecedents.This paper also summarizes the measurement,consequence and antecedent variables of guanxi,guanxi as mediator and moderator in empirical studies,and the different perspectives on guanxi.In conclusions,the research gap and future research directions are proposed.
