为利用丝胶独特的性能改善棉织物的服饰功能,采用轧烘焙的方法用丝胶对纯棉织物进行改性研究。用丝胶改性后的棉织物经荧光分析、冷场发射扫描电镜(SEM)分析和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析,证明在高温条件下,通过1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)的交联作用,能够使丝胶以膜的形式交联固着在棉织物表面。
To utilize the specific property of sericin for improving the function of cotton fabric, cotton fiber was modified with sericin. Sericin was fixed onto the surface of cotton in the presence of poly-carboxylic acid at high temperature. The fixation of sericin on the surface of cellulose was confirmed by fluorescence analysis, SEM and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophocopy(FT-IR).
