采用薯莨浸出液在一定工艺条件下浸渍真丝织物,分别以Fe^2+、Zn^2+、Ti^4+做后处理.通过正交试验得出了3种离子处理真丝织物的较佳工艺条件:Fe^2+为85℃,pH值3,浓度0.05mol/L;Zn^2+为85℃,pH值7,浓度0.2mol/L;Ti^4+为75℃,pH值3,浓度0.05mol/L.测定了此条件下样品的颜色特征值、皂洗牢度、紫外屏蔽性能、透气量.结果表明:处理后的真丝织物色牢度中等,对紫外线有一定的屏蔽性能,但透气性能有所降低.
Silk fabric was treated with the Diosorea Cirrhosa extract, and then was post treated with three metal ions (Fe2+, Zn2+, Ti4+). The optimal conditions of metal ions treatment were obtained through orthogonal experiments: 0.05 mol/L of Fe2+, 85℃, pH=3; 0.2 mol/L of Zn2+, 85℃, pH=7; 0.05 mol/L of Ti4+, 75℃, pH=3. The color feature value, soaping fastness, UV shielding and air permeability of the fabrics treated under optimal conditions were measured. The results demonstrated that the color fastness of treated silk fabric was medium, the UV shielding ability was improved, but the air permeability was decreased.
