锅炉的汽水循环系统本身是一个复杂的时变动态过程,具有很强的非线性、紧耦合、大滞后、强干扰等;目前,锅炉汽包水位控制的理论和技术基本上已经比较成熟,现场一般均采用三冲量控制;文章在传统三冲量控制方案的基础上,提出应用灰色广义预测控制对汽包水位进行控制,与常规控制方案相比,该控制方案系统响应速度快,稳态效果好,其控制性能更为优越,具有很好的实用价值。
Vapor circulating system is a intricate time-varying and dynamic process in boiler, it has a strong nonlinearity, tight coupling, long lag, strong jamming and so on. At present, the theory and technology of Drum Water Level Control in Boiler are fairly mature, and generally adopts three-element level controls on spot. The article proposes Grey Generalized Prediction Control system to adjust the drum water level based on three-element control plan, thus compared to traditional scheme, it gets fast response time, better stable state, superior performanees, and also it has utility value.
