针对矿井内采用的电信号火灾探测设备灵敏度低、易受干扰、传输距离短等不足,提出了利用金属化封装技术制成的光纤B ragg(布拉格)光栅火灾探测器,并分析其工作特性,测试结果表明该火灾探测器的温度灵敏度是裸光栅的1.97倍到2.34倍;再将封装好的火灾探测器采用多区波分复用技术,设计了煤矿火灾监测系统。在实验室建立的煤矿巷道的物理模型中,进行温度的实际测量。实验结果表明,该煤矿火灾检测系统能够提供详细的巷道温度分布情况并及时准确地报警,便于工作人员准确找到火灾发生区。
Aiming at the deficiency of signal fire detection equipment used in the mine low sensitivity,vulnerable to interference and short distances,this paper presents a fiber Bragg grating sensor that was packaged by use of the metalized encapsulating technique.And its working characteristics were analyzed.Related temperature sensing experiment showed that temperature sensitivity of the fire detector is 1.97 to 2.34 times than bare grating,And the coal mine fire alarm monitoring system based on Multi-zone WDM technology with packaged fiber Bragg grating fire detector was put forward,it was applied in a concrete coal mine model founded by our laboratory,and the actual temperature was measured.Experimental results show that the coal mine fire alarm monitoring system can provide detailed temperature distribution of coal mine and give an alarm timely and accurately,making it easier for the workers to find the fire zones accurately.
